Findings
Technique:
The technique is adequate for interpretation. The area of concern is indicated by the patient and included on the exam.
Soft Tissues:
The soft tissues are normal.
Bone:
There is a break or interruption of the continuity of the cortical bone of the right ilium with displacement of a fracture fragment likely from avulsion of the right anterior superior iliac spine by the sartorius muscle.
The bones are otherwise normal.
Growth plates, ossification centers, apophyses:
The right anterior superior iliac spine apophysis is laterally displaced.
Joints and alignment:
There is no effusion of the right hip. Both hip joints are normal.
Other findings:
The remainder of the exam is normal.
