Technique
The AP portable exam is expiratory and rotated to the right.
Support Devices
There is a right upper extremity PICC in the SVC.
Cardiomediastinum
The mediastinum is not abnormally widened considering the rotated technique. There is no enlargement of the cardiac silhouette.
Vasculature
The aorta is mildly calcified, and there is no focal contour abnormality.
The central pulmonary vessels and hila are not enlarged.
Lungs
The lungs are mildly underinflated.
There is no airspace or interstitial disease. There is minimal linear subsegmental atelectasis in the left lower lobe.
Pleura
The pleural space is clear.
Bones, Soft Tissues, Upper Abdomen
The bones, soft tissues, and upper abdomen are normal.
Impression
There is no pneumonia.
